Large Group Viewing Room (104)
- Our Large Group Viewing Room (104) can be scheduled by faculty and teaching assistants for classroom use during regular Media Services hours.

- The Large Group Viewing Room is not available for non-academic, social or club use.
- The room seats 56 people comfortably.
- Video playback (VHS and DVD), computer projection, laptop computer input, and overhead visual projection are available. All equipment is controlled by an AMX touch screen control panel.
Small Group Viewing Rooms
- Available for group and individual viewings. Advance room reservations are encouraged; others will be handled on a first come, first serve basis.
- The small group viewing rooms are to be used by WVU faculty, staff, and students for academic-related media viewing. If small group viewing rooms are not currently being used for academic-related media viewing, patrons may use them to view media in our collection. However, staff may ask patrons who are not using the viewing rooms for academic-related media viewing to give up their viewing room to a patron needing the room for that purpose.
- Individuals can view reserve videos and DVDs from our collection.
- Groups of three or more may reserve the rooms for academic computer projects.
- Non-academic Internet surfing or video game playing is not allowed in these rooms.
- Rooms may be reserved for up to three hours.
- Patrons must have a valid Mountaineer card, which will be kept at the desk, to use the small group viewing rooms.
- Room reservations will be held for fifteen minutes for no shows.
- Eating and drinking are not permitted.
- Each room seats up to six people.
- Each room has
- a large plasma screen,
- a multimedia computer with DVD
- and a standard VCR.
